21 Days of Prayer & Fasting: A Time to Seek God

We are excited to invite you to join us for 21 days of prayer and fasting, a powerful time of spiritual renewal and connection with God. This is a chance to reset our hearts, focus on His presence, and seek His guidance for our lives, our families, and our church.
What is the 21-Day Fast?
Fasting is a biblical practice of abstaining from food or other comforts to draw closer to God. It is a time to intentionally set aside distractions and dedicate ourselves to prayer, worship, and hearing from Him. For this 21-day fast, you can choose how you want to participate based on what works best for you:

  • Abstain from one specific food or item: This could be something like sweets, caffeine, snacks or social media etc.
  • Give up a group of foods: For example, bread, meat, or processed foods. (For some meal plan ideas on this type click here)
  • Follow the Daniel Diet: This involves eating only fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and water, modeled after the biblical story of Daniel.
  • The Daniel Diet (Lite): This is the same as the daniel diet but a little lighter, allowing the following extra food: Fish, Dairy, Eggs, Cheese & juices/Tea/Coffee

The choice is entirely yours, and we encourage you to ask God how He is calling you to fast during this time.
